Booking & scheduling
Customers interested in dashcam installation are encouraged to first contact our sales team for consultation.
You may then proceed with the booking according to the provided guidance.
Once the appointment is confirmed with the technician, you will receive a confirmation email or message.

Pre-installation Inspection
Dashcam Install Service inspects and designs a custom installation plan for every vehicle to ensure optimal camera placement, safe power configuration, and clean & neat wiring. We do not start installation until the system is verified.
It takes around 10 to 15 minutes.

Professional Installation
During installation, electrical safety and airbag clearance are our top priorities. All cables are routed cleanly and discreetly according to the vehicle’s structure, ensuring a factory-style finish with no exposed wiring. All installations are performed by our certified technicians using genuine parts and verified components.
It takes around 60 – 90 minutes.

Post-installation Testing
After installation, we conduct thorough tests to verify power supply, recording status, and parking mode operation to ensure clear and reliable performance. Water leakage after dashcam installation is rare, but it can occur under certain conditions. If it does happen, it may cause serious damage to the vehicle, which is why we performs careful inspections before and after every installation.
It takes around 10 – 20 minutes.

Customer guides
At Dashcam Install Service, we complete every installation with a live verification together with the customer to ensure everything is working perfectly and that you feel confident using your dash cam. Our technician connects the dash cam to the mobile app, confirms real-time video, validates playback, and provides essential operating instructions.
It takes around 5 – 10 minutes.

Dashcam Install Service provides a 1-year workmanship warranty on all installations, while dashcam devices are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
